As the manufacturing arm of our customers Mack's mission is nothing short of Total Customer Satisfaction, and the Quality Department is the lynchpin in the Company's successful execution of that goal. That is why Mack is looking for self-motivated, organized and effective communicator with the ability to lead others through training and inspiration to join the team as a quality auditor on the first shift in the molding department at its Cavendish, Vt., facility.

Mack has built a worldwide reputation for injection molding, machining, design work, sheet metal fabrication and contract manufacturing by custom manufacturing to our customers' product specifications - and the quality auditor plays a key role in establishing that prominence. This role is responsible for ensuring consistency of product quality and identification information, performing minor repairs, processes part requisitions and inventory transactions, dispositions rejected parts and maintains inventory accuracy. Additional, the quality auditor performs various tests and verification procedures, ensuring parts are compliant with customer and ISO requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a one-year certificate from a college or technical school. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may also be considered. Knowledge of ISO quality standards, procedures and instructions, along with familiarity with measuring devices and previous medical assembly experience, is preferred. This position also requires basic reading and math skills needed to understand and use prints, procedures and instructions and basic computer skills. Knowledge of inventory and safety programs, forklift operations and team facilitation will benefit a successful candidate as well.
