Job Description:

ELM is seeking an Auditor for the Phoenix, Arizona area. The primary role is to increase the quality of work performed in Phoenix, Arizona. This person will work directly with all Utility Customers on comprehensive training programs. The following are to be performed with the assistance and coordination of the local supervisors and Area Managers. In addition to hourly compensation, ELM offers a full benefits package including: • Company vehicle and fuel card are provided for you to take home each day as your mobile office • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid-Time Off accrual (PTO) and Vacation/Sick Time (80 hours per year to start, Accruals go up with years of service) NOTE: A Vacation/sick (PTO) Time match is available for experienced technicians currently performing damage prevention who join our team at ELM so you do not lose those time off benefits you have earned over the years at another company. • 6 Paid Holidays • Company Smart Phone, and other equipment as needed are provided to each employee • 401(k) plan • Boot Reimbursement Program • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Paid hands-on training • Annual reviews with the potential for increases Your specific duties in this role will include, but not be limited to: • Performing a minimum of 30-35 audits per week • Conduct ride-along to qualify technicians • Build spreadsheets tracking the performance of audits per area and technician Specific qualifications for the position include: • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, physical, and random drug screens • At least 18 years of age • Must have at least 2-5 years of experience in the utility industry/underground locating experience. • Qualified applicants must have effective verbal and written communication skills. • Applicants must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / Word and Excel experience is a plus • High School Diploma or GED • Valid driver's license with good driving record
