Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: - Shape Our Future: Develop, implement, and sustain a robust quality management system that aligns with our annual business plan and long-term strategy. Your leadership will be essential in guiding our quality initiatives to success!
- Ensure Excellence: Maintain and enhance our systems to meet customer and third-party specifications for all activities and products, ensuring we deliver top-notch quality every time.
- Measure What Matters: Create and maintain performance metrics to measure our progress against established standards. You'll be our eyes and ears, monitoring performance and communicating necessary actions for improvement.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep track of industry standards from external bodies and seamlessly integrate them into our internal quality management systems. You'll be the bridge between regulatory requirements and our operational practices.

- Lead with Purpose: Plan and manage departmental activities within agreed budgets and timelines, ensuring that quality is at the heart of everything we do.
- Connect and Collaborate: Liaise with quality management and standards bodies (e.g., Government Departments, HSE) and work closely with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve our processes.
- Mentor Future Leaders: Act as a mentor for Six Sigma projects, guiding teams through problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications and Skills: - A Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, business, or a related field, or a relevant combination of experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, quality, new product development, manufacturing, or regulatory environments.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills (e.g., Why 5, Fishbone).
- The ability to interpret and communicate complex statistical data effectively.
- Expertise in Process Flow Mapping, PFMEA, Control Plans, and metrology.
- Familiarity with auditing processes (System, Process, Procedure) and product auditing techniques (AQL).
- Proficient in quality data tools (e.g., Pareto charts, histograms) and experience with APQP/QFD.
- Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
