Job Description
Summary
* Work in collaboration with the US Quality & CI Managers to:
* Assist Q&CI Manager with tracking corrective actions and investigation statuses.
* Assists in the documentation and revision of the QMS system and maintains recordkeeping as required.
* Assist with continuous improvement efforts at the facility with the goals of reducing operating cost and enhancing business and production efficiency, product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
* Adheres to plant and department safety rules, safely operate all equipment and tools, identifies and reports safety problems.
* Maintain clean and safe work area.
* Provide new hire orientation for quality at the site.
* Participate in the internal audit process and train to become an internal auditor.
* Data gathering, analysis and interpretation.
* Performs all aspects of the position according to the PCC Code of Conduct and SOX guidelines.
Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must be enrolled in an Engineering, Chemistry or Technical field or equivalent combination at a post-secondary education institution.
Competencies
* Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications and internet applications.
* Must possess a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and have a desire to succeed.
* Ability to work under moderate supervision and use own initiative.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization, including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
* Perform all aspects of the position according to the PCC Code of Conduct and SOX guidelines.

Works primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
