Duties and Responsibilities:

* Gather, analyze and document requirements for system changes working closely with Product Filing & Compliance Analyst and Executive Underwriting

* Communicate requirements and respond to inquiries with the vendor

* Ability to review and interpret bureau and proprietary rules to ensure successful implementation

* Identify, monitor and document system enhancements requests

* Collaborate with IT Business Analyst for system changes and testing

* Provide production support to end users

* Investigate & respond to reported problems

* Manage issue logs and track vendor deliverables against requirements

* Provide and/or assist in mapping for quote/bind/policy transaction output

* Design test plans and scenarios and execute in testing environments

* Review the quality and accuracy of vendor releases for loss cost, rule and form changes and enhancements and communicate findings

* Provide sign-off for updates and enhancements to be promoted to production

* Verify updates and enhancements when they are loaded to production

* Outline Compliance system changes for release notes to end users

* Monitor production to ensure compliance

* Other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience Required:

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* 5+ years experience within a Property & Casualty insurance carrier

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

* Excellent verbal, written and organization skills
