This position will be responsible for quality control agency-wide for the P&C Division. Responsibilities also include the implementation and oversight of our Quality Control process, reviews, and corrective actions to ensure compliance with our established procedural guidelines. - Maintains detailed knowledge of EPIC system & workflows, Towne procedures, products and industry best practices
- Works with team leaders and department directors to assess training needs for new and existing employees
- Provide individualized comprehensive training to new & transitioning Account Managers & Producers on Epic workflows & Towne procedures (remotely & in-person, as needed)
- Maintains training log & assist in identifying additional training needs
- Assess learning progress & communicate with team leaders/office managers/department directors
- Evaluates effectiveness of training sessions & adjust content & methods as needed
- Works with agency leaders and training support to develop and maintain quality control programs & develop/improve training program
- Adds and maintain insurance company information in Epic, including AM Best Ratings
- Works with Compliance Officer to assist with audit reviews, implement programs and to ensure agency compliance
- Conducts account audit activities, as established by quality control programs, and convey results and corrective information to department managers
- Provides support during Epic conversions
- Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and experience you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years EPIC knowledge and experience
- Excellent business process, operations, and automation knowledge from an agency perspective
- Exceptional speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrate high level of patience & focus
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Broad and deep EPIC Applied Systems product knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to review processes and procedures, identify opportunities, and assist in the development and recommendation of solutions
- Ability to travel to other Towne Insurance locations as required
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior supervisory and coaching and development experience
- Prior training experience
- Prior experience with EPIC
- CIC or CPCU designation
