If you share our values, come find your place in our global community.You will be based in our Fletcher, NC location. This shift will start at 2:15pm and end 10:45 pm.Your main tasks:
  • The QC Associate is a crucial part of the QIC team, acting as the primary link between quality control and the production departments.
  • All QC Associates work in every production department to help identify issues across processes and individual SKUs, ensure ISO compliance, and help with researching and resolving customer complaints.
Qualifications:
  • Conduct audits on work orders, pick units, ship units, or received units
  • Research unidentified parts through various means including reading technical documents and blueprints
  • Evaluate packing instructions and methods to ensure proper protection for products
  • Work with internal teams to address issues impacting any product or process
  • Conduct root cause analysis to find the causes to repeat issues and purpose counter measures
  • Conduct internal audits on work instructions, SOPs, and other standard documents for ISO Compliance
  • Assist production teams with training, guidance, or advice to help improve the quality of their product or process
  • Assist with customer complaints
  • Assist with quality control steps to enter new parts into the warehouse
  • Assist with any task associated with ISO compliance, ISO External Audits, or ISO action items
  • Execute daily 5S activities to ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • Conduct safety STOP audits as needed
  • Perform and complete all work, tasks, and projects assigned to you by your lead or supervisor in a timely manner
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong abilities when utilizing a computer, whether a tablet, desktop, or handheld
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
  • Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
  • Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
  • Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
