Responsibilities:
- Measure and visually inspect castings for defects
- Inspect corrective welds, blends, and alterations to ensure parts meet dimensional requirements
- Set up castings in fixture for finishing CNC machine
- Approve in-process visual final dimensional specifications
Requirements:
- Prior experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprint specifications with training
- Basic high-school level math skills
- Able to use small, fine tools
- Good attendance and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required
