Job descriptionWe are seeking Quality Control Line Inspector to become an integral part of our team! We are a fast-paced contract manufacturer that specializes in precision machined products from a variety of metals and plastics. We service the aerospace, defense, and commercial industries. The position involves the first article, in-process and final inspection of small to medium-sized precision metal and plastic parts within an AS9100 and ISO9001 environment.RequirementsThree-Five years experience in a manufacturing environmentSelf Starter that can work with minimum supervisionReading and understanding complex engineering drawingsReading and understanding of work instructions via shop travelersDetail-oriented and precision work focus, attention to detail is a must!True Positioning and Geometric Tolerance is a plusProficiency In The Use Of The Following EquipmentOptical & Video ComparatorSurface Plate and Height GaugesMicrometers and CalipersPlug and Ring Thread GaugesPin gaugesCert Review for Processing: Heat Treat, Anodizing, Plating, Passivate, etc.Basis Knowledge for AMS & MIL Std.Basic Calibration MethodsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
