Benefits Available!Weekly Pay! $28.00/HourShift details:7:00AM - 5:30PMDESCRIPTION:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:Assisting with gauging and measurement methods and techniques (training &troubleshooting).Perform measurements and compile documentation.Work with limited supervision.Responsible for operation, maintenance & calibration of all inspection equipment.Knowledge of product and manufacturing processes.Blueprint reading and specification interpretation.Mark all components according to the proper part identification system.Keep parts and inspection rooms clean, organized and safe.Present data on spreadsheet for analysis.Communicate with appropriate departments and mold techs when problem are identified.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIESOther responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:Complies with all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies/procedures.Complies with all local BD quality policies/procedures/practices through consistentapplication of sound Quality Assurance principles.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Observes all safety, environmental and quality system standards.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to beperformed by the employee occupying this positionEmployees will be required tofollow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related dutiesrequested by their supervisor.Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/orabilitiesTo perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities oraptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical school experience preferred.ExperienceRequires basic computer skills, experience using spreadsheets and SAP systempreferredBlueprint reading skills also preferred.RequirementsAbility to read, write and understand EnglishAbility to use all basic mathematicaloperations (i.emultiplication and division), including proper use of decimals.Requires knowledge of formulated mathematics and metric conversionRequiresstrong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and follow up skillsThe associatemust have the ability to work with little direction.Equipment UseRequires ability to setup and use of all types of precision measuring equipment asrequiredRequires ability to operate a computer with a standard keyboard and astandard calculator.Physical RequirementsLevel 3Medium Work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds occasionally or 10 to 25 pounds frequently,or up to 10 pounds constantlyBD04123JD
