+ Experience: Minimum of 2 years in quality control within the aerospace or a similarly regulated industry.

+ Certifications: ASQ Quality Inspector Certification or similar preferred; familiarity with AS9100 standards a plus.

+ Technical Skills: Proficient with measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM) and understanding of GD&T.

+ Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and address minor discrepancies that could impact safety and performance.

+ Problem-Solving: Analytical skills for root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished aerospace components to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

+ Use precision measuring tools and testing equipment to verify dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.

+ Document and analyze inspection data, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed quality reports.

+ Identify non-conformances and work with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.

+ Develop and perform audits to ensure continuous quality improvement and compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
