**Quality Assurance Label Clerk position open in a Jacksonville, FL Warehouse **
The Quality Assurance Label Clerk will be mainly responsible for label creation for kits using FDA general labeling requirements for medical devices produced on multiple assembly lines.
4 day work week 6am-430pm, Monday-Thursday
Pay rate $19.40/hr
What will you be doing?
Follow established Work Instructions for accurate label creation across multiple packaging levels for medical and nonmedical devices
Create labels using in house software
Work alongside other quality associates in verification, reconciliation, and destruction of labels
Perform packaging inspections of produced kits.
Capture warehouse inspections using Microsoft Excel
Assist with destruction of damaged products
Perform other duties as assigned by management with further training
What is required?
High school or equivalent required
Math and Computer skills
1 year of manufacturing operations/ warehouse experience preferred
Experience with a Quality Management System or Quality Control/Assurance background is a plus
Excellent communication, with strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Work history establishing dependability and competent job performance.
CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF JOB:
Tasks require visual acuity (reading fine print)
Light lifting (Up to 25 lbs.)
Standing, sitting, bending, walking, lifting, and repetitive motions (hands and arms)
Completing paperwork and performing basic math for count reconciliation
Must be willing to work in an uncontrolled temperature warehouse atmosphere
