We have immediate openings for 3rd Shift. Overtime opportunities available.Job Duties:Our Quality Control Liaisons act as a bridge between the MARTIN warehouse and our OEM Customer. They work primarily in the OEM manufacturing plant, assisting with quality control and containment. This is a mid-level to experienced job opportunity, with the perfect candidate having some experience working in an Automotive OEM Manufacturing Plant. This position requires a lot of walking and being on your feet for an entire shift. You will be working directly with the production line to determine where quality containment is needed and relaying that information back to our warehouse.Responsibilities include:Quality support in automotive manufacturing plant and warehouseCommunication with OEM and Tier customers regarding supplier quality issuesStrong understanding of quality problem-solving tools and methodologiesAccurate completion of daily reportsDevelop and maintain positive customer and network relationshipsWork with a positive attitude in a team environmentReliable TransportationQualifications:Some college or technical training preferred2+ years' experience in production / assembly plant environmentPrior manufacturing experienceCapable of briskly walking plant floor for extended time periodsStrong reading and comprehension skillsProven proficiency with the following: (EXCEL, WORD, and OUTLOOK)Highly self-motivatedCustomer focusedStrong attention to detailStrong verbal and written communicationAbility to problem-solve and offer sound solutionsReliable transportationFull-time position, with benefits.Powered by JazzHR
