Your new role The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the management, supervision, and oversight of dredging and construction projects. This role involves: What you'll need to succeed
  • Ability to supervise construction projects up to $10M.
  • Knowledge of construction documents and the ability to read and analyze plans and specifications.
  • Experience of supervising project staff.
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to abide by and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Compliance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel and work at remote project locations for extended durations.
  • Reliability and motivation.
  • Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
  • Effective communication with co-workers and supervisors.
