About the Role
Culmen International is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a future Health and Human Services opportunity.
The Quality Control Manager is budgeted as a supervisor who monitors the staff and steps involved in production processes according to the government expectations, policy, procedures, and guidance.
What You'll Do in Your New Role
* Design and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance along with internal company standards.
* Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to identify deviations from quality standards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
* Analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive measures to enhance overall quality.
* Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, test results, and corrective actions.
* Generate reports to communicate quality metrics and trends to internal management and external stakeholders.
* Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and promote a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization.
* Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and certifications.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality control processes, technologies, and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
* Minimum of (2) two years experience as a Quality Control Manager or similar role.
* Must be computer literate.
* Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
* Possess a valid Driver's License.
* Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
* Ability to successfully clear a background check.
* Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
* Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
