The Quality Control Manager at Yancey's Fancy Inc. is responsible for directing, developing and overseeing all functions and personnel within the quality systems department. This position serves as a liaison with regulatory agencies, food safety certification authorities, and our customers. Working in tandem with other team members, the quality systems manager is instrumental in the development of new products, employee training and development, and ensures our products are produced in accordance with all good manufacturing practices.
