Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead and manage quality assurance activities on federal Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects. This role is crucial to maintaining high-quality standards and compliance within federal project requirements. The QC Manager will work closely with project management and field teams to ensure all work meets or exceeds contractual standards, federal regulations, and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Management: Oversee quality control processes for federal JOC projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and federal regulations.
  • Project Inspection and Documentation: Conduct regular inspections, document findings, and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Project Managers, site teams, and federal representatives to communicate quality expectations and project deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for quality improvements and establish preventive measures to mitigate risks on projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all project activities meet federal JOC standards and any other relevant regulations or codes.

Requirements:

  • Federal Project Experience: Prior experience working on federal or government projects, particularly in JOC environments, NECESSARY
  • Quality Control Expertise: In-depth knowledge of quality control standards, practices, and regulatory requirements in federal projects.
  • Proficiency in Inspection Protocols: Ability to conduct thorough inspections, document issues, and oversee corrective actions efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to precision and compliance, ensuring all work meets high standards.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
