Job Description The key responsibilities of the Quality Control Manager will be:
- Quality Assurance Leadership:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
- Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Inspection and Testing:
- Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize various testing equipment and methodologies to assess product quality and performance.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure that all products meet industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including quality manuals, inspection reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Supplier Quality Management:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.

The Successful Applicant The successful Quality Control Manager will have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Previous experience in a supervisory position
- ISO 9001 experience required
- Proven experience with quality inspection, auditing, and testing procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
