ABOUT THE POSITION: Quality Control Department reviews loan documents for completeness, accuracy, and authenticity using state, federal, and internal guidelines. If all conditions are met, the QC team produces and distributes loan documents for signing. They are our customer's last stop on the way to funding. POSITION STRUCTURE
- HYBRID SCHEDULE: In-office on Tuesday and and Wednesday, after successful training period (estimated 1 to 2 months).
- SHIFT: The start time may fluctuate between a 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., Mon-Fri. Schedule will be announced at least one week in advance. Saturday shifts may be required periodically.
- BONUS EARNINGS POTENTIAL: Non-discretionary monthly bonus increases hourly rate average to as high as $24.00 per hour.
POSITION DUTIES
- Review documents for accuracy, authenticity, and completeness.
- Record and resolve barriers that are preventing loans from funding, such as missing documents, customer responses, or other inhibitors.
- Quickly and accurately generate loan contracts and accompanying documents.
- Coordinate loan signing appointment times for customers and partner stores.
- Provide loan status updates to customers, external lending partners, marketing representatives, and internal partners.
- Prepare loan files for final disposition including all DMV paperwork.
- Communicate final approval to Accounts Payable for funds disbursement.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Attention-to-detail: Possesses the ability to carry out tasks thoroughly and with accuracy, working with consistent high-quality, in a time-sensitive environment.
- Previous Call Center or Customer Relations experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High School diploma preferred.
- Previous experience preparing direct loan documents is highly desirable.
