If so, our client is hiring a Quality Control Technician!What You'll Do:
- Responsible for the testing of food samples using various analytical techniques and reporting results to operators or product developers during production.
- Additionally, technician must be able to perform postproduction analytical testing on retain samples and report results using online data reporting system.
- Duties Include:
- Daily calibrations on analytical equipment and maintaining calibration records
- Data interpretation and reporting of results during production trials
- Analytical testing for water quality
- Support Microbiology lab with sample collection, testing and data interpretation.
What You ll Bring:
- 1 to 2 years experience in a lab setting.
- BS required. Preferred in Chemistry or Biological Sciences.
- Required Job Skills:
- Plan, set up and report postproduction results in a timely manner to product developers
- Work in a group or closely with the scientists/developers responsible for the assigned projects and tasks.
- Ability to:
- Execute bench work under minimal supervision
- Proactively and positively interact with cross functional groups to communicate out results during production and postproduction.
- Must be:
- Well organized, capture work details and demonstrate a food safety mindset
- Proactive, reliable and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Ppt.
