- Liaison Role: Serve as the primary liaison between Quality Systems and various teams during the implementation of Solidigm's ISO 9001-based Quality Management System (QMS).
- Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and manage corrective actions to support ISO 9001 certification.
- Facilitation: Facilitate brainstorming sessions to identify and document necessary content and requirements.
- Documentation Support: Assist teams in creating required documentation and provide hands-on support where needed.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and document stakeholder requirements to design workflows that align with ISO 9001 QMS standards.
- Training Materials: Develop concise, targeted training materials to ensure consistent messaging for QMS implementation.
- Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as needed to support QMS implementation at Solidigm.
- Travel: Note that travel may be required, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements:
- ISO 9001/QMS Experience: 2-3 years of experience with ISO 9001 or other Quality Management System standards.
- Audit Experience: 2-3 years of internal or external auditing experience, preferably in a semiconductor design or manufacturing setting.
- Technical Collaboration: 1-2 years of experience collaborating with IT/systems teams for requirements gathering, workflow testing, issue identification, and documentation.
- Training Material Development: 1-2 years of experience creating training materials.
- Software Proficiency:
- Microsoft Applications: Proficient with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and document styling (2-3 years).
- Atlassian Tools: Experience with JIRA and Confluence (1-2 years).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English for both verbal and written communication; additional proficiency in local languages is a plus.
