Job Description:

Quality Control Technician

Gpac is partnered with a global leader in agricultural processing operations. As a Quality Control Technician, you'll ensure product quality and safety by inspecting production stages, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify that drawings, layouts, and quotes align accurately.
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using various tools to detect defects.
  • Develop and execute tests to measure product parameters.
  • Record test results and analyze data for quality trends.
  • Prepare inspection reports detailing findings, non-conforming products, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor production processes for potential quality issues and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain quality control checklists and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in quality control and manufacturing.
  • Experience with welding and metal fabrication.
  • Proficient in CAD viewers, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. While collaborating and communicate effectively with teams.
