Qualifications
The Quality Coordinator role is the Primary liaison with Texas Department of Family Protective Services investigators. Must understand state licensing regulations and maintain up to date on upcoming changes in regulations and provide feedback for following State regulations to SMTC team members and making sure they are implemented. Serve as a secondary Child Care Administrator and professionally interface with external agencies over a variety of issues.
Education: College degree required. Master's level preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Eligible for or work toward Child Care Administrators License and Behavior Analyst Certification.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in similar child care setting.
