- Initiate, maintain, support and administer Quality and Food Safety Standardization across all facilities to meet industry, company, customers, local and federal standards and regulations in collaboration with Sales and Distribution Market Unit leadership teams, Facility leadership and employees in other functional areas
- Initiate, support and maintain Allergen program including documentation, training and record keeping
- Initiate, support and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices compliance including training, documentation and record keeping, enabling long-term sustainability of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Work Aids and processes that ensure compliance to existing requirements
- Establish internal audit program across the facilities to ensure continuous improvement
- Initiate, support and maintain Pest Control program, including training, documentation and record keeping
- Schedule and execute company, certifying bodies and regulatory inspections and develop corrective actions plans
- Travel up to 75% of the time
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related Quality Assurance experience and 3 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of people leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Auditor and or Train- the- trainer certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
