Engineer - Experience installing, configuring, and managing FireEye Network Security (NX) appliances - Experience troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues- Experience in interpreting network and system design documents to create service and change requests - Experience performing FireEye NX upgrades, backups, and restores, and following change management processes.- Experience documenting FireEye NX configuration, operation, and maintenance procedures.
