Quality Engineer I
: Job Details :

Issue Management-related role: Review auto-generated data quality issues and self-identified data issues from line of businesses (e.g., review issues reported, understand problem statement/root cause, perform quality assurance, survey for downstream impact and risk assessment) by coordinating and driving meetings with appropriate Subject Matter Expert. Partner with Subject Matter Expert and business or technology stakeholders to drive high severity self-identified data issues to remediation. Have an in-depth understanding of issue management tool (i.e., ServiceNow), business intelligence tool (i.e., ThoughtSpot), and the process (including issue lifecycle) for self-identified data and systematic generated issues to provide support and guidance to end users. Identify and solicit for improvement opportunities. Perform operational activities to ensure data governance reporting / metrics are up to date. Prepare power point deck for various data governance working groups/forums (e.g., Cross Data Issue, weekly business office hours) including finalizing agenda and documenting minutes with action items assigned to appropriate owner.
