Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Supports the surveillance and execution of the Global Management System (GMS) through internal auditsAssures that non-conformities are effectively closedWorks in collaboration with the various stakeholders to provide support during the evaluation of customer specific requirements with respect to the Quality Management System and Warranty requirementsSupports in defining and identifying new quality strategies and quality system tools, especially when market requirements change or new business is acquiredSeeks out opportunities to drive continuous improvement efforts with the goal of enhancing the Global Quality Management SystemMonitors, evaluates, analyzes, and supports the improvement of Quality Key Performance Indicators and guides improvement projectsExecutes internal system and process auditsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experienceSpecified Years of Industry-relevant professional experienceRelevant certifications, system experience, and trainingProfessional-Level English language skills preferredCommunication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations.
