About Our ClientOur client is a family-owned machining manufacturer located in the Southern Suburbs of Chicago, primarily serving the automotive and agricultural industries. They work with customers such as Bosch and Case New Holland. The role will be responsible for managing customer communication, addressing root cause and corrective actions, submitting PPAPs, and assisting with ISO internal audits.
Job Description- Overseeing the entire PPAP process
- Preparing and conducting internal ISO 9001 audtis
- Working directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances
- Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- PFMEAs

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience in a quality manufacturing setting
- Background with automotive manufacturing and the standards assocaited
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Experience with leading or assiting with internal audits
- Strong experience with PPAPs
- Strong Root Cause and Corrective Action experience.
- Experience with PFMEA
- GD&T Experience
