What You'll Do:

• Connect and Collaborate: Serve as the vital link between our customers and production teams, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
• Own Quality Processes: Develop and deliver accurate, on-time PPAP submissions and utilize your expertise with AIAG tools to uphold the highest quality standards.
• Be the First Point of Contact: Address external product quality concerns with empathy and strong customer service skills.

What You Bring:

• HSED or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant experience in quality engineering.
• Proficiency with AIAG tools and quality standards.
• A passion for learning core, molding, and finishing processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
