Title: Quality Engineer (Entry-level)

In this role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining product excellence, analyzing quality data, and fostering collaboration across departments to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute thorough audits and inspections to ensure products meet all specifications and standards.
- Review quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, streamline processes, and reduce defects.
- Keep comprehensive records and documentation related to quality assurance processes and outcomes.
- Evaluate supplier performance through assessments and drive improvements to ensure consistent quality from all vendors.
- Keep up with industry quality standards and regulations to ensure compliance and implement best practices.
- Participate in and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing overall quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field, will also consider internship experience or years experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience within manufacturing, lab or chemical setting within quality
