This position is very active - 98% standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, balancing, reaching, handling, and climbing all day. The team member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to walk large distances (in all local weather conditions) to retrieve/return components is a must.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time hourly position.TravelNo travel expected for this position.Required Education and ExperienceHigh school degree required, college degree is a definite asset.Basic computer and math skills.Effective verbal and written communication.Must be able to work closely with others to solve problems and follow-through on solutions.Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.Must be able to read, interpret and follow basic instructions and prints.Be able to operate and understand measurement tools (tape measures, micrometers, gauges, calipers, levels, etc.).Preferred Education and ExperienceBilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.Additional Eligibility QualificationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Proven quality assurance and auditing experience in a similar industry preferred.
