This role involves collaborating with NC adult residential services and community-based services, analyzing data, and developing strategies to improve quality standards and compliance.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in relevant fieldExperience: 4 years with human service delivery; two years direct Quality Improvement experience within a human services agency preferredSpecific skills/abilities:Must be a Qualified Professional. Must have knowledge of human service delivery, knowledge of HIPAA compliance, knowledge of electronic health record systems, ability to manage long term projects and tasks; Valid driver's license and minimum age of 21 years.
