Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Improvement & Accreditation Specialist to join a client in New Orleans, LA. This role will drive organizational efforts to improve and innovate public health functions within the health department. This position will play a critical role in enhancing the department's standard of work and service delivery through continuous improvement of the department's processes, programs, and interventions. They will be responsible for implementing a performance management system, monitoring performance, and implementing improvement strategies that lead to greater efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position will serve as Accreditation Coordinator for the department and will be accountable for meeting public health accreditation board (PHAB) requirements. Much of the work of the QI & Accreditation Specialist will be done through cross-functional teams to ensure that improvement are feasible and align with organizational goals and priorities. Through a continuous cycle of evaluation and feedback, this position ensures that the organization remains committed to excellence and innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity following a hybrid work schedule in New Orleans, LA.
