This position is accountable for performing inspection of materials, parts, and complete circuit breakers for compliance with engineering, manufacturing, quality and International Standards Organization specifications

This job might be for you if you have:
Undergraduate degree/Higher education
Experience within manufacturing Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent
Demonstrated analytical skills with data, problem resolution
Excellent skills in leadership, communication both verbal and written, and attention to detail
Strong desire to work with people, on the manufacturing floor and with customer interface, excellent follow-up, and execution skills
Have good dexterity in both hands, excellent attention to detail and focus on ensuring quality
Be able to stand regularly for an 8(+) hour shift
Be a quick learner able to apply themselves across multiple roles and supporting corporate initiatives related to customer satisfaction and quality
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Inspects materials, parts, and complete circuit breakers for conformance with Client, Underwriters Laboratory and industry procedures, specifications, and quality standards
Interpret blueprints, symbols and geometric tolerances based on military and commercial specifications for measurement feasibility
Performs incoming and in process inspection measurements using both complex equipment such as CMM KEYENCE, Vision system KEYENCE, Instron Machine, Optical comparator, and basic hand tools such as calipers, pin gauges, height indicators
Prepares, records, and reports data to Supervisor and/or Engineers
May investigate and determine cause of defective parts, units, or processes
Adjusts and calibrates test and production equipment
Responds to requests for assistance with quality issues and problems
Initiates disposition of rejected materials, parts, or devices
Effectively use computers, software, and automation systems as required in performance of assigned duties
