- Provides timely and objective feedback regarding trainees to management
- Adhere to SOP and work instructions at all times without variation
- Provide consistent and accurate training to all employees
- Provides ongoing support to trainees after training is complete
- Accurately complete training documents in a timely manner
- Interact with both internal and external personnel
- Discuss training updates in group settings
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Work along side of trainee until the completion of training
- Attend trainer meetings as required
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Must have demonstrated satisfactory performance in current department
- Must have a positive attitude along with strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Must be highly self motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Must be in good standing with QCIP and continue to maintain higher than average quality performance
