Inspect product using a variety of measuring instruments such as a scale, caliper, micrometer, height gauge.
Ability to routinely check parts for conformance to specifications and document per work procedures (while tending machines).
Identify quality problems through the analysis of production processes.
Perform receiving inspection and data entry into ERP system of raw materials, plated products, and any outsourced sub-assemblies/components or goods.
May use forklift to move and/or unload product and assist material handler in day-to-day function.
Ensure clear and timely communication with support personnel and senior management with regards to quality issues.
Ensure non-conforming product gets reworked and/or disposed of according to company procedure.
Promote and adhere to WWP's safety standards, procedures, and training, including all OSHA standards.
Promote and adhere to WWP's quality standards, procedures, inspections, work instructions, and ISO procedures.
