An international Manufacturer is looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team in Elk Grove Village, IL. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring products meet high standards of quality. This role involves inspecting materials, conducting tests, and maintaining accurate documentation of quality inspections.This is a full time, and direct hire position, with work being 100% on-site.Responsibilities:Inspect incoming materials in the early stages, and finished products for compliance with quality standardsPerform visual, dimensional, and functional tests on productsMaintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and defectsReport defects or non-compliance to supervisorsEnsure compliance with safety and industry regulationsContinuously monitor and improve quality processesOther duties as assigned by managementRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality control or related fields are a plusPrevious experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructionsAbility to use measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, etc.)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksDirect applicants only.We do not accept any resumes from any third-party organizations or other recruiters.This position is in a manufacturing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
