This role is critical to ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet both our rigorous internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for precision, and a solid understanding of quality control principles and practices within the manufacturing industry. Perform detailed inspections of manufactured goods, assessing the quality of raw materials, components, and finished products.2. Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify product dimensions and specifications.3. Monitor and enforce compliance with AS9100 quality management system requirements.4. Document inspection results, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.5. Identify non-conformities and defects, initiate corrective actions, and ensure effective resolution.6. Participate in internal and external audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality improvement initiatives.7. Train and guide staff on quality control measures and standard operating procedures.8. Stay updated with latest industry trends, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within the manufacturing industry.2. Proficiency with precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.3. Extensive knowledge and experience with AS9100 quality management system.4. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to initiate and implement effective corrective actions.6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide staff on quality control measures.7. Proficient in data analysis and report writing, with strong computer skills.8. A degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred.9. Certification as a Quality Inspector, Quality Engineer, or similar role is a plus.
