Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details

Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to initiate quality improvement ideas within key operating departments.

Develop and improve processes and procedures along with tactical support of production, and inspection

Responsible for ensuring quality is built into the product

Responsible for promoting continuous improvement activities, along with identifying and leading continuous improvement projects.

Provide root cause and failure analysis for products and related processes and recommend corrective and preventive actions

Supports product monitoring by establishing/writing procedures, troubleshooting processes and equipment problems, training personnel and addressing quality issues

Functions as internal auditor according to audit schedules (if required)

Responsible for handling multiple projects at one time

Assists in maintaining compliance with ISO and AS 9100 standards.
