(Responsibilities Sampling finished product for dimensional and attribute characteristics The release of conforming finished goods to storage or placing nonconforming ware on hold. Responsible for the timely notification of production personnel whenever a defect or potential defect is detected. Legibly complete and maintain records as instructed or per quality documentation. Lead and facilitate Teams Initiatives. Inspect and arrange the shipment of any samples required. Follow work instructions to complete sample requests and special metrology requests. Perform incoming inspections and work with outside suppliers for purchased items as required. Maintain and update calibration system, document control system, quality control plans, and internal audit system as required. Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping. Be safety conscious at all times. Assist in writing or revising work instructions as required.
