Require the ability and knowledge to audit all manufacturing departments.Starting Pay: \$22.58Schedule:B Shift: Sun-Tues, every other Wed; 5:10 pm to 5:42 amApply online or text plantjobs to 97211 to begin your pre-screening process!Responsibilities \ \Conduct inspection throughout entire manufacturing process to assure compliance with written specificationsAssure setups and adjustments on various equipment is proper prior to use.Report discrepancies.Prepare daily reports and issue hold tags as required.Conduct simple laboratory tests.Comply with current quality systems requirements.Must cross train as quality auditor.Must cross train in laboratory.Must become competent in cross trained jobDemonstrate leadership ability to junior inspectors/technicians.Must work to reduce costs, scrap, and reworkWork without direct supervision.Assist and advise mfg. personnel to assure zero quality escapes.Ability to work safely and manage PbB level.Hazardous waste training shall be provided to the employee within six months of the date the employee filled this position and a review of this training provided every 12 months thereafter. The employee will complete a program of classroom instruction. The employee shall be supervised until training is completed.
