Quality InspectorYou will perform a variety of inspections, checks and tests for quality control for the manufacturing of products. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Responsible for accepting, rejecting and ordering rework of the item.

Salary: $41,900 to $60,500Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in California. Your Challenge- Inspect - Verify and document the condition of a wide variety of materials, components and assemblies, including identification, documentation, physical attributes, dimensional checks, etc. as required.
- Record - Complete Accept/Reject records on physical forms and/or electronic forms.
- Ship - Perform and complete final inspection requirements and forms.
- Maintain inspection equipment -- cage calibration, controls and records, etc.
- Utilize various equipment including, but not limited to: Micrometers, Verniers, Hardness Tester, portable CMM, etc.
- Operate material handling equipment (such as pallet jack, forklift, jib crane, overhead crane, etc) within facility to position and transport work to or from work areas.
What You Bring- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a machine shop environment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints/mechanical drawings.
- Understanding of geometric tolerance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a sole US Citizen and able to obtain DoD security clearance.
