Visin general y principales funciones
Estamos buscando Inspectores de Control de Calidad con experiencia en reas de manufactura, Calidad o metrologa, que nos ayuden a construir el futuro.
Con base en Bogot, Colombia, el Inspector de calidad es responsable de apoyar el proceso productivo garantizando el cumplimiento de los parametros de calidad de acuerdo a especificaciones tcnicas.
Principales responsabilidades
El Inspector es responsable de la realizacin de ensayos y aprobacin de producto en proceso y producto terminado de la planta, revisin de materia prima segregacin de producto NC.
Anlisis de las no conformidades y prevenir la recurrencia de las mismas.
Realizacin de ensayos a metales y plsticos durante la fabricacin
Control de registros
Toma de decisiones
Calidad en la informacin recopilada
Usar los EPP correctamente y realizar las actividades de manera segura
Participar en las actividades del HSE y los programas de formacin desarrollados por la empresa.
Mantener el lugar de trabajo limpio y ordenado y mejore el programa 6S
A quin estamos buscando?
* Personas con estudios tcnicos culminados exitosamente o bachilleres con 4 aos de experiencia.
* Mnimo 2 aos de experiencia en reas de produccin, Control Calidad o metrologa en empresas de transformacin de materias primas, laboratorios farmacuticos, empresas de alimentos, entre otros.
* Experiencia en trabajos por turnos rotativos por semana, de 8 horas, jornada maana, tarde y noche
* Conocimiento en sistemas de gestin ISO, BPM y 5S
* Conocimiento de indicadores de produccin y calidad
* Conocimiento en normas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo
