We want you to view your time at Westfall as an investment in your future.We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector with the following qualifications:Professional Attributes
  • Perform and document first article, in-process, and final inspection of product.
  • Monitor quality of product manufactured and completes required check sheets.
  • Perform CMM testing as required and reacts to any nonconformances.
  • Perform dimensional and functional testing, enter required data into SPC database (Quality America), and react to any nonconformances.
  • Report and document nonconformance or potential problems relating to the quality of product.
  • Perform essential duties following the Quality Management System and cGMP.
  • Assist in audits of product, documentation, and processes.
  • Perform sorting and rework when necessary.
  • Assist in the training of Inspector Packers and observes their performance for verification.
  • Ensure that machine safety devices are not altered or defected.
  • Ensures that all safety procedures are followed.
  • Must always use correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the job.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to promote a team atmosphere in the department and in other production-based areas.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, self-starter, and high initiative.
  • Computer skills.
