Quality Inspector Level 1 The Quality Inspector Level 1 position will report to the Quality Supervisor and will inspect products and assist with quality audits. This is an entry level Quality opportunity that can lead to advancement within the organization. Day shift position available (continental shift 7:00 am-7:05 pm). Essential Responsibilities. First off inspection, receiving inspection and in process inspection. Product and LPA audits. Utilize manual gauging and operate CMM as required. Inspecting incoming material per receiving inspection requirements. Sporting of product based on visual aids. Completion of necessary forms and paperwork. Understand TS processes for nonconforming material, identification and inspection processes. Other assignments as needed to support internal and external customers. Adhere to all Health and Safety, environment laws and procedures. Qualifications and Skills. High School Diploma or equivalent general education.
