Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Quality Inspector Club Car boasts a 60+ year history of industry-leading innovation and design. Initially focused on golf cars, it expanded to commercial utility vehicles and personal-use transportation. General Job Description: Leads internal audit efforts at the inspection stations on each production line. Reactively assists Quality Technicians and engineers with investigations of shop floor quality issues. Proactively & systematically performs focused quality incident investigations on top issues. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Inspect units for options and configurations to ensure compliance with model number and customer expectations.
  • Enter defects identified at the inspection station into an electronic system.
  • Correct minor issues identified at the inspection station and identify units with major defects for rework.
  • Escalate quality issues to assign Quality Technicians and Operations Leadership.
  • Inspect the quality of brazing operations and provide feedback to affected cells.
  • Review wiring graphics and standard work to verify the correct wiring of units.
  • Collect and statistically analyze data supporting quality initiatives and other projects.
  • Use problem-solving methodology to identify root causes and corrective actions for defects found.
  • Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in Operations or Quality in Lynn Haven.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of core employment service is required.
  • Must have working knowledge of using MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and Outlook).
  • Active involvement in continuous improvement initiatives (like Quality, Training, or Safety coordinator) a plus.
  • Must have demonstrated creativity and solid problem-solving skills.
  • Must read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
  • Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to build relationships with employees at all levels effectively.
  • Must have excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Must be flexible and able to work all hours, including weekends and off shifts.

  • Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small.
Physical Requirements:
  • Requires occasional lifting of objects of objects 25 to 50 pounds.
  • Work requires periodic stooping/bending and frequent walking/standing.
  • Work involves activities that require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, or vehicles.
