They specialize in designing and manufacturing high-performance systems for a variety of industries, including aerospace, defense, and commercial sectorsJob DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Quality Manager are:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organisation.
  • Support ISO and AS9100 internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and facilitate external audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and customers.
  • Utilize quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

The Successful ApplicantThe successful Quality Manager will have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or 5+ years of experience in related field
  • 5+ years minimum of experience in Quality for Manufacturing
  • Supervisory Experience
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Standards
  • Experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) would be very beneficial
