Description
The Quality Manager responsibilities include:
- Oversee and perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality.
- Review customer contracts and technical requirements for compliance.
- Manage internal and external non-conformances, implementing preventative and corrective actions.
- Mentor and train direct reports on inspection methods and quality metrics.
- Maintain the calibration system for inspection devices and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Administer internal audits and maintain documentation for inspection techniques.
- Lead management quality review meetings and execute the internal audit schedule.
- Track vendor performance metrics and maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
- Hold final authority for resolving all quality-related issues.

The Successful Quality Manager will:
