Description

The Quality Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing) Will:

• Develop and continuously improve processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to uphold quality standards.
• Foster a culture of quality by engaging employees in their role in maintaining high standards.
• Address customer concerns and ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
• Respond to shop-floor quality events and manage corrective actions effectively.
• Prepare for and support customer and industry assessments.
• Maintain industry certifications, including AS9100.
• Collaborate with all departments to enhance internal and delivered quality performance.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
• Experience in quality management or continuous improvement within aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience in a quality manager position - ideally 2 plus years
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
• Strong proficiency with quality tools, including APQP/PPAP, 8D RCCA, SPC, Lean Six Sigma, and Auditing.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and AS13100 standards is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Local to Jaffrey, NH
