Standard NCH Quality Function Salaried, exempt M-F, 8A-5P, (occasional evening/weekend/flex possible) Reports to Chief Quality Officer Job functions: •Work withIT to develop metrics/graphs to support hospital operations •Identifyand report upon sources of process variation to support hospital operations •Owner forall affiliate Quality metrics, including updates, reporting, and tracking •Facilitateaffiliate Quality Board / working group meetings •Participatein improvement projects as data/variation expert and validation support •CMSsurvey preparedness lead for affiliate o Supportother affiliates for CMS survey preparedness •Datacollection and entry for key affiliate/system goals, as needed and supported bythe CQO •Owner forregular data submissions to federal, state, and other government and similaragencies to maintain current and future accreditations and payments, asassigned Education BA in clinical, medical, or healthcare related field, orequivalent Experience 3 years of hospital Quality experience preferred Communication, problem solving, statistical and analyticalabilities Organizational skills Benchmarking, quality or process management and measurementtools
